Super friendly and approachable service. Dr is skilled and professional. He was patient with my mum who is nervous with dentists and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process.
Excellent services from the beginning of appointment booking till the post procedure follow up. Great dental work. I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Sam and he went through every single step with me during the procedure. Without doubt, it was a pleasant experience, speaking from the fact that I had my dental work done in both UK and China. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist.
A pleasant experience with their friendly dentists and staff, definitely recommended for locals and Singaporeans who are looking for any dental related services. Payment can be made with card too.
So far made 3 visits to this clinic. twice in Nov 23 and once on 20 Jan 24. I had a complex upper molar tooth filling done on my second visit and another done in my third. Right from the moment we enter the clinic there was kind care by the staff. I was extremely pleased with Dr Jo's attending my problem on all occasions, especially the second which was well over 60 min and due to his care at no point felt discomfort. It was first time that i noted the doctor would use a countdown method to let know how long each task lasts and that was very comforting! On my third visit i wasn't even charged! thanks a lot to Dr Jo and staff at the clinic!!
